He gave the future of independent management consulting platforms a name - "Consulting 2.0" in his series of articles on the rise of independent consulting. Jon is a best-selling author, educator, and entrepreneur. With RBL partners Dave Ulrich and Norm Smallwood he's co-authored 5 books including HR Transformation, HR From the Outside In, and Agile Talent. He's lectured at University of Toronto, University of Michigan, Indian School of Business, Copenhagen School of Business, Singapore's Government College, Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and many corporate universities. Three of his consulting startups had positive exits, two became public companies. In Mensch.work together with Alvaro Oliveira, Jon fulfills a long held dream. After many years of consulting to the Fortune 500, he's excited to connect great global consulting experts in change management and transformation implementation to mid market and fast growing young companies, supporting these experts with a community of services, colleagues, and great AI support.

Recognized as a true pioneer of the independent work movement, Alvaro brings unique leadership expertise to Mensch.work as co-founder and co-CEO. As Former Chief Talent Officer at Toptal and Andela, he created much of the original marketplace technology and process now used by independent work platforms around the world as well as leading Andela's post-merger integration of two key engineering acquisitions as Andela's senior Engineering executive. At Mensch.work, he's leading the development of our unique operating system and creating the AI tech that will significantly improve both client's and expert's experience and success. Alvaro and his family live outside São Paulo in Brasil.
